This CD is a guided journey into the Core Chakra System- the 7 chakras that
reside along the center meridian of the physical body.
Track 1: Chakra Color Meditation
This meditation brings light energy to the core chakras through
the use of visualization of color.
Track 2: Expansion of the Core Chakras
This meditation allows you to take the light energy you have just placed within the
chakras via the color meditation, and expand this energy, completely filling the chakra
and the physical body with light energy.
Track 3: Chakra Clearing
The chakra clearing mediation takes you on a journey of clearing out old energy patterns

Track 1: The Mother Earth Meditation
The Mother Earth Meditation is a grounding and energizing mediation where you experience
the loving, healing energy of Mother Earth and the activation of the Earth Star Chakra. You
will become centered and energized as you exchange healing energy with Mother Earth. This
is also a good meditation to do to clear the chakras and to promote health.
Track 2: Activating the Transference Chakras
Through this mediation you will activate the Transference Chakras; these are the chakras
that reside in between the 7core chakras. The Transference Chakras aid in establishing and
maintaining energy flow within the core chakra system. This energy flow is a vital component
to feeling peaceful, promoting health, well-being, and abundance.
Track 3: The Power Centers of the Physical Body
This mediation, when done with the Transference Chakra meditation above, is the final
step in activating all of the 41 chakras in the physical body. This mediation awakens
and activates the chakras of the joints and all of the transcendental chakras.
The Transference Chakras and the Transcendental Chakras make up the supportive
chakra system. These chakras support and aid in maintaining the energy flow in
